These workshop participants will explore different perspectives of the body as a sound and resonance instrument. Especially within an online context, the idea is using the voice as the starting point and approaching different ways of hearing and listening – understanding the listening as an active process of knowledge.
Through a movement practice, we will explore the physical processes involved in the creation and support of the sound. A sound that inhabits different body spaces and emanates from the bones and joints, revealing the anatomic specificities, especially from the pharynges, thorax, diaphragm, and muscles of the pelvic floor.
